Denver, Colorado — July 7, 2007

TouchStar today announces the unification of its India offices to better serve its International client base.

TouchStar opened its International Corporate Office in Pune, India, earlier in 2007 to support its clients in the Asian, Australian, European, and African continents. This month, TouchStar made the decision to strategically consolidate offices to one single location in India.

Part of TouchStar’s international development plan is to become a major influence in India for call center software solutions. In order to do so, the company needed to be flexible with its expansion in Pune to accomodate market fluctuation. TouchStar aims to be reasonable and prudent in its investments, and sees the consolidation as a positive action for the future growth of the company.

TouchStar’s decision to combine resources will allow the India operations to utilize its full resources in order to create one cohesive operation. Having a centralized location will also provide optimal results for future product roll outs. TouchStar plans on introducing its IP PBX phone system, as well as other new products to the international region.

TouchStar’s international branch will remain in its current regional office in Mumbai. Rahul Khokale will continue as the department head for the Mumbai office. Rahul’s team will provide customer, sales, and technical support to TouchStar’s clients in the India and Middle Eastern regions.
