REMAX signs Smart8 Call Routing Agreement With Promero

REMAX Regional Services serving Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee and Southern Ohio signed a Smart8 Call Routing agreement announced today by Promero.

Promero’s ProStar Smart8 http://www.promero.com/smart8.asp intelligent call routing will provide REMAX the ability to route inbound Toll Free calls automatically to its network of REMAX agents and locations. Call routing is based on any criteria: area code, zip code, caller ID, skills, language, customer value, status or other business rules. Browser based, self-administration tools allow administrators to manage calls in real time.
