I am however amazed at the complaints about the seller being non responsive on the units. The units are clearly marked that you have a one year warranty with an address and instructions on what to do if it breaks. I am not sure why you would try to send it to the seller, that’s like buying a Pansonic TV from Best Buy and 6 months down the line you have problems with it and complaining to Best Buy… Why? You contact the manufacturer or their authorized repair center for that product. I did get a SquareTrade Warranty on the device, so it’s nice to know that it’s protected for 3 years with accidental insurance on it. I would suggest it since it’s the kids that will be using it and they can be a little rough with things …
