Aspect Launches Ireland Call Center Expansion
Aspect, a company known for its focus of unified communications and collaboration services and software for the call center space, has announced it plans to open two new facilities in Galway, Ireland in December.
Designed to offer next-generation call center support, these two new facilities will provide customer technical support, software production and distribution. The centers will also serve as shared services center for select administrative functions as determined by the company.
Customers in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and some parts of the Asia Pacific region will benefit from the new Galway, Ireland facilities. A number of companies operating in these areas already rely on software from Aspect, including unified communications applications positioned specifically for the call center.
Aspect offers a unified contact center platform and workforce optimization suite that is have both been designed based on real-world challenges that call center players face on a daily basis.
According to Jim Foy, chief executive officer and president at Aspect, the new facilities in Ireland are designed to enable Aspect to continue to manage its healthy growth, while also providing the outstanding levels of quality and service that Aspect customers have come to expect and deserve.
The company is making a substantial long-term commitment to Ireland as the region offers considerable advantages for doing business, such as an attractive corporate tax rate and access to a highly-skilled, multilingual workforce. The available workforce is particularly important for Aspect’s technology call center support activities for its targeted regions.
